Bryan Adams Still Cuts Like a Knife at Hard Rock Live
The Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida delighted our community once again with another high-quality performance. It was a sold-out show, the venue completely packed with fans ready to relive decades of unforgettable hits. The atmosphere was electric, filled with excitement and anticipation — and the audience got exactly what they came for: great music, fantastic musicianship, and a night that felt like pure magic. Bryan Adams delivered not only an energetic concert but also a deeply personal and heartfelt experience that connected everyone in the room.
The evening began in an intimate way, with Adams alone on stage, just him and his guitar. He opened with “Can’t Stop This Thing We Started” followed by “Straight From the Heart”, instantly creating a bond with the audience, who sang along with passion. It was a beautiful, stripped-down moment — the calm before the storm — because once his band joined him, the energy exploded. From that point, the concert became a perfect blend of classics like “Run to You” and “Please Forgive Me” with tracks from his new 2025 album Roll With the Punches, including “Roll With the Punches,” “Make Up Your Mind,” and “Never Ever Let You Go.” The new material fit seamlessly with the timeless hits that made him a legend.
One of the most memorable highlights came during “This Time.” As Adams performed live, the original 1983 MTV video played on the giant screen behind him — a masterful synchronization that took the audience straight back in time. The crowd erupted in cheers, dancing and singing as he transitioned into “You Belong to Me”, his rockabilly-style original, which he cleverly blended with “Blue Suede Shoes” and an energetic rendition of “Twist and Shout.” It was a segment that showcased his playful side, proving that after all these years, Bryan Adams still knows how to have fun on stage.
As the show entered its final act, the emotion deepened. Adams performed breathtaking versions of “Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?” and (“Everything I Do”) I Do It for You, melting hearts across the venue. His voice carried both strength and tenderness — a reminder of why these songs became global anthems. Then came the irresistible power of “Summer of ’69” and “Cuts Like a Knife,” igniting the crowd into a massive sing-along. The chorus of “Na-na, na, na-na, na, na-na, na-na…” filled the hall with pure joy and nostalgia, closing the main set in triumphant fashion.
But the night wasn’t over. The band exited, and Adams returned alone once more, guitar in hand, for one last gift to his audience — an acoustic rendition of “All for Love.” Performing the song originally recorded with Rod Stewart and Sting, he beautifully recreated the three harmonizing voices himself, an emotional and soulful finale that left the crowd speechless. It was a perfect ending to a flawless night.
Bryan Adams’ Roll With the Punches Tour is more than just a concert — it’s a celebration of music, artistry, and gratitude. The show was fun, uplifting, and packed with moments of genuine connection between artist and fans. A delicate balance of great tunes, heartfelt performance, and top-notch musicianship. A night to remember — and without a doubt, a must-see show.
